IMPORTANT! Please click 'Include message to Broken Brass Ensemble' when ordering (same page as 'Check out' and 'Add to cart' - highlighted in blue). And send us your full address in that message, so we can send you the t-shirt(s) as soon as possible. IMPORTANT!

Once you have completed your on-line order, shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis. All orders must be paid in full, including shipping charges, before the order can be processed. Please note, international shipping charges can be quite costly.

International shipping payment is accepted via PayPal through this website. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments.

*** Please note that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are not included in the cost of merchandise or the cost of shipping, they are always the recipient's responsibility.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

All items must be returned in the condition in which you received it. Indicate in an attached letter, why you are returning the item.

We can not refund return shipping charges. All refunds will be credited to the account used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by email.
